Anybody wanna sell me a 250r?

All the rides are gone now. I got a good bit of money to start my 250r project. Im looking for either a project or a complete, but not too expensive bike. HONDA ONLY

IF IT'S A PROJECT:
-the frame has to be good(not the finish, just can't be cracked)
-The motor has to be good(except for a top end, or maye a clutch)
-a good price:D

IF IT'S A COMPLETE BIKE:
-No custom $5k and up quads....not lookin to spend that much
-don't want to replace anything over $50
-good price as well:ermm:


I would like to keep it in the ohio, michigan, indiana, pa, western ny, kentucky, virginia area, unless you can help and drive a ways to meet.

I have a cousin who REALLY needs to sale his totally custom R. I do not know the complete specs but can get them for you if you are intersted... I do know that everything is aftermarket.. It's a 98 lonestar frame. $4500 in Kentucky, can drive and meet. Like I said I can get the complete list of mods by tomorrow and can get pictures shortly if you are interested. I do know that it will have a fresh crank and fresh top end... ready to run.

Maybe the statement about not over $5k threw you guys off. I dont even want to spend close to that. All i've been offered so far is like 4,000 and up, which is way too much right now.

Just look around. I got mine for $3200, and its got everything you could want except for an aftermarket frame. With any modded quad you buy, you're gonna have to rebuild the shocks. That is going to be nescessary unless they were just re done and are set for your weight.

i have a 310R and it was all rebuilt last winter, i am located in lower part of MI... Flint MI.. asking 3500, chrome extended A arms, orange pwodercoated frame, and Ct 310 big bore ($1400) bigger carb i beleive it is a 38mm, K and N filter, the usual..aftermakret handle bars...new black race cut plastic...its a nice one and quick ! make the 450s try to keep up with you for about 1/2 the price...askin 3500...need money for college and the "real world"

How about 3500. I have a spare set of holeshots to throw on the front. Nerfs are being changed and bearings in the swingarm and axle carrier. Comes with TRX11 pipe and lots of spare parts.

Yea I dont mind driving to meet I dont know how far of a trip it would be but I drove 6 hours on a no show a couple weeks ago, its no big deal for me to drive.

I have a 1987 Honda trx250r I would be willing to sell for $2700 obo.im located in Jackson,Oh.It is a great bike and runs great. It has the following aftermarket parts on it some kind of big bar clamps, longhorn fat bars, fullbore plastic, air scoops, beadlocks on the back, almost brand new tires all the way around, works front shocks with rezzies, durablue axle, dg bumper, dg grab bar, head has been shaved, bored .40 over, hot rod, boysen rad valve, uni air filter, roostboost, lrd front pipe, procurcut back, and I think thats about it. It will also come with a 310 big bore jug i bought off my cousin that is fully ported, new front brake pads, some sprockets and other things. A guy in Pataskala Ohio has one. Its Blue and its a 86. PC'ed frame. Long Travel GT Thunder suspension (you should know about that) Decked out. Its a Pro-X motor, am not sure what size? Possibly a 330? Has the best of everything on it. Great bike. He has not really rode it since his 450R showed up...

I have a 96 warrior and a 02 400ex I will sell you both for 2,500. They both run good. the 400ex has new tires HMF slip on, swing arm skid plate, k&N air filter, renthal bars, powermadd hand guards, and new swing arm bearings. The warrior is all stock.
