Hey guys...well i did what i could and used some resources and came up with the following on this guy...

The is only one Jeff Seiss in PA that has a drivers license and he lives near Philly so either he doesnt have a License or its a fake name..

Second i took that address and did a criss cross and came up with the following..

Name is T. Delestienne and their Phone number is

412-896-2475

Now i dont know if that is where this A hole lives or what but that is the number for that address...

If you guys get a second address where you shipped either product or cash let me know and ill check it out...

I still have more resources that i can use to get more info if this doesnt work out...Let me know

Ya that is the info I got but the number is dicconected and that T Delestinne has an unlisted number at that address. If you have anymore resources like tapping into the phone company to get an unlisted number that would be great LOL.

Contact the local police. Tell them where you sent the money, and ask them to investigate. You might also contact the banks in the area and ask them which one has an account for (whatever name he gave you) if you sent a money order.

I just got burned for $120, on a WB R4 slip on he was supposed to send. I'm a state trooper in Iowa and I sent an e-mail to seiss33@yahoo.com letting him know that I will contact PA state police tomorrow. I will also try to track down the money order that I sent to see what other info I can get.

I'm also going to contact the Mckeesport PA police dept. 412-675-5911. I will call tomorrow (Fri.). Anyone else that has been burned, It would be a good idea to call also. The more complaints they get the more they will pursue it.

This is probably one of those guys who rides without a helmet and steals quads!

OK, I called the police dept. in mckeesport. That is not the one you want. Even though it's a mckeesport adress, he is actually in Liberty. The # for the police dept. in Liberty is 412-678-0606, non-emergency #. The officer I spoke with said that adress (2910 woodrow st, where I sent the $ ) is right behind the police station. He was going to send a car over to the house. I told him there might not be anyone home if he is a kid in school. They are going to give me a call back later, I'll let you all know what I find out. I'd also strongly encourage anyone else who's been burned by this guy to call the PD.

So I got some info from another member. It appears that the boy living at the address where I shipped my parts name is ryan.. I spoke with his mother and she denys that is is her son/nephew?? that is commiting fraud.. She claims that it is his friend jarrod and gave me his cell #. I called him and he was immediately defensive about the situation, I asked if he was jeff seiss and if he had done any trading on this site.. He told me I had the wrong number and that he was really sorry... His voice sounded shaky and sounded guilty.. Oh well, here is jarreds cell number #412-377-2193. Everyone who has been taken by this little jerk, if he won't admit what he is done and try to make it right, lets send him to jail and make his parents pay. I feel sorry for the parents (if they were not involved) but all in all you are responsible for you childrens actions... and what parent would not notice that their kid starts recieving thousands of dollars worth of parts in a week, and lots and lots of cash on top of that... oh well, I will post this on all of the forums. how about a list of what he has got everyone for..
