what do i need to change if i bore .40 over

i understand that i will need a bigger piston, rings, and a bored head but what else do i have to do to bore my 2001 300ex .40 over? also i am having some trouble replacing my rear break pads if som1 can give me some intrustions thatd be great

all you will need to do for the piston is get the cylinder bored and then you are set to go. As for the rear brakes, just get a manual. It will help you with your piston instalation anyway.

nope. just bore the cylinder. You might want to get a valve job just to make sure that the valves are seating right but you really dont have too.
