(help) 500 rubicon

my friend just bought a brand new honda forman rubicon 500 and the dealer never told him to brake it in and it making a sound like it is hitting the rev limmiter but its not cuz it not even reved out. it only dose this when it gets hot. could this be becuse the dealer never told him to break it in or is it something els.

yes its the dealer part to go over everything from open the lil compartment to shifting. you can bring it back to the dealer they have to fix it for free it should have a 6 month warrenty if out of then go there and tell them hey they didnt tell me anything about it they will have a honda rep come down to look at it if theres a problem.
