I have a 98' 300ex i really like the way this quad handles and feels, but the engine is getting tired and i want more go. I am more than capable of making the swap. Just wondering if anyone has tried this before? I am looking for others opinions on this so feel free to add any positive coments.

You would probably be better off with a full 250R, they feel alot better than a 300ex, but i know this swap is possible:cool:

Sell the motor and the 300 and buy a 250R.

You are better off getting a real 250r, or upgrading your 300ex motor. The 250r motor is just too much for the 300ex chassis to handle.
