I have a 2004 YFZ450 here in the UK that has had the clutch electrical switch removed. As such, I need to have neutral selected to enable me to start the engine. I want to overide this so that I can simply pull the clutch in and start it in gear. Can anyone please tell me which wire(s) I need to disconnect or modify to achieve this? Thanks.

the 2 wires that ran down from the switch need to be plugged into each other.under the front fender on the left side(the side the steering wheel is on a car here)there will be a female and a male bullet type plug that used to connect to the wires coming from the switch in the perch.just plug those together and it should start in gear.

um,,, I'm 90% shure that u dont have to connect the wires.. just un plug the sensor frome the clutch, then zip tie it somewhere that it wont get hit under the hood...
