My chain is only a couple months old with barely any hours on it. Its a non oring chain and i am having problems with it kinking up. there is no movoment between the links. I tried every chain lube you can think of to try and lube it up. I was thinking about soaking it in kerosene and ive read about mineral spirits. is there anything else you guys can think of to help lube this chain?

From now on I am going to buy an Oring chain!

If kerosene didnt do the trick, I dont know what to tell you then. Why would you buy a non-o ring type chain for in the first place? Are they stronger or some thing?

With the amount of abuse a quad takes you should only run o-ring chains.

The only thing a o-ring chain does is hold lube longer and rob power. You do not need a o-ring chain. What kind of chain did you buy?
