I wish all aftermarket companies were this good

I recently bought a used Trail Tech +8oz flywheel from a fellow racer. When I got it I found some hairline cracks in the plastic that covers the magnets. I called Trail Tech and told them about it, and that I bought it used. They told me to send it back for inspection, and even though it tested good, they replaced it with a brand new one anyway. That's great customer service and a great way to stand behind their product. Not many companies would stand behind a product that was bought used. Trail Tech is first rate, check them out.

Yeah, I think that companies should stand behind their product no matter if you are the first or fifth owner of it. They made it so why should it matter who has it now?

trailtech is the best. I had a problem with my speedometer when it broke and it was my fault but I called them and told them I was an idiot and to pleas help me out and they next dayed me a unit. I didnt even buy it from them i bought it used ad they still helped me out. Trailtech are awesome!
