Dune tires don't let you slide like knobbies so which dune tire would allow me to powerslide and things like that. my geckos won't let me they grip to much.

Offset v-grove tires assist with sliding. That's why the long side of the V is on the outside. When cornering, your outside tire gets more pressure added to it. Under power the long blade will "pull" your backend around alowing you to powerslide better.

Geckos are not an offset paddle. They are like running a flat paddle, and won't assist in powersliding.

For the 300ex I would reccomend one with a shorter paddle so it doesn't rob so much horsepower. The geckos are way to agressive for the 300ex. Look at something like the Kenda Trakker.

i love my skat trak edges on my banshee, you can spin it around like nothing. on my 416 ex i have pro wedges, unless the sand is really soft and deep put them on so the v's are cutting in, not scooping and they will slide around great. the pro wedges would probably be a perfect tire for dunes and snow on a 300ex.

20x10x8 6 paddle should be good. I wouldn't go with any more paddles since they are fairly tall paddles. You could also reduce the air pressure on the fronts so they float better, and don't dig in as far.
