Need Help With Stoppies..

cant seem to do stoppies with my honda 300ex...whenever i hit the front break all it does is either slide or stop comepletely and flip me over it...any tips??

Lock your knees into the sides of the gas tank. Pulling the brake lever is like pulling the trigger on a gun, don't jerk it quickly or you will lock up the tires and slide, just give it a quick steady pull. As the front starts to dive use your knees/hips/feet to help "pull" the rear end up. The hard part is not to freak out when it comes up and let off the brake.
