Elka Banshee rear shock. Set up for 170lbs rider with a stock length swingarm. It is dual rate remote rez, and SSD (ZPS). I have had no problems with this shock, with the exception of the remote rez. The day after I got it, I apparently didn't have the rez clamped on tight enough, and it worked loose and rode on the chain for awhile. I haven't ever fixed it, because it is just cosmetic(looks ugly) but it works fine. It is only about 15 months old, and should probably be serviced before summer.
