ive been having alot of problems lately with my bike losing anti freeze and my motor oil looking REALLY milky..and almost a greenish color. I got a 470 kit put in by thumper racing and after about 6 awesome races with it working perfectly..i started having these problems. At one point my bike just wouldnt run anymore and after having it torn down...we were told that the Sleeve DROPPED because the head wasnt "decked" like it was supposed to be. Now obviously i dont know much about motors..but i do know that i should be having so many problems with it...

can anyone help me on this..??

I know it isn't any help but my dad had thumper racing put a kit in his suzuki a couple years ago.....also had lots of problems out of the motor after that. It never was the same.

had the same problem with my Z. it ended up being a crack in one of the water jackets but it could also be a water pump seal. i would check the water jackets first though because that ended up being the last thing we checked and it took us a long *** time to figure out that was the problem.

so did u just have to replace the cylinder?

you have radiator fluid getting into the oil, you may want to check around the cylinder and other places of fluid transfer for leaks, you may end up replacing some parts

well so far we just figured we would have to put a new cylinder on it. and in turn, a new piston and rings...

not sure how to check the water seal though...

any advice on that??

basically look for cracks or leaks, you may want to test it in some water or something to check also, first place i would look would be the cylinder, that is most likely the problem area
