will a stock 05 400ex carb fit on a 00 400ex w/ no mods thanks. i am new

thanks, i just bought this 00400ex from a guy that let it sit for 2 years w/ fuel in it, the float and float valve, gaskets are bad. it is just as expensive to buy those parts as it is to get a used carb
