oils and coolant

was just wondering what ya guys thought about the best oils and filters and coolants to use for an 03' LTZ400 stock, anyways thanks in advance.

I use engine ice for coolant. I use regular 10w 40 suzuki oil and stock oil filter. I also change my oil after every race, so i use the cheap oil. I use a Twin Air air filter

I heard Motul oil is supposed to be really good for engine oil. As for coolant i would say engine ice.

thanks guys for the info, i think i will probably go with the k&n filter, and a guy that i am going to little sahara with in a few weeks told me about the engine ice and he said it works like a dreams thanks again, oh and i plan on using Valvoline Full Synthetic
