sticking Decompression mech.

After putting in 11:1 and cam in the decompression mech. is sticking and cant get to stop havent broke in the cam long enought to ride yet, but anyone have suggestions on what to do. ive tried to break it loose hoping i wouldnt heave to take it to honda man.

this is the main reason why many experience the loud ticking

What do you mean by 'the decompression mech. is sticking'?

You are supposed to remove the decomp plunger and spring when you install the new cam
