View Full Version : Corrosion Report- Negative!

Ok guys no one had done this so far so i decided to take my water pump off and check it out inside there. A lot of people have been wondering about this so here it goes. Well Everything is looking perfect inside. No sign of any corrosion at all.

I am very sure that the LTR450 won't have the corrosion problem like the 05 and later Z400s cuz they don't have a magnesium waterpump cover or case half..

I thought the valve covers were magnesium? No? If they are aluminum all the better!!
