Got my bike!

well guys i bought her tonight... 2005 crf250f... MINT CONDITION rode a max of 7 or 8 times... i was riding with the guy 6 of the times... got her for 3,200$ it looks like its off the show room...

heres the only picture i have of the bike... i'll get more tomorrow!

Damn man that's gotta be the biggest steal I've heard in a long time. I can barely find an 03 yz250f for that price around here :(. Have fun with it man, I'm either getting a new truck or new bike soon.

never happen... i'm done with quads for a long time... more places for bikes and bikes are WAY cheaper...

The newer 250f/450's are race ready stock, even the new 450 quads require ALOT of mods to race at the Pro level, but as shown my Ryan Hughes, you can do fin on a stock bike at a pro bike national. He got 5th overall on a bone-stock RM-Z450 last year.

yep they are... Broc hepler does most of the testing for them when he was amateur... it was either them or pro action and i think PR2 is a lil better!

yeah racing bikes is def cheaper... from the factory i already got renthals and a bike thats fast enouf to kill me 3x over haha...


its alot safer to ride a bike on a track also!

ya dude i had a yz250 **** dude it was so cheap to run it wasnt even funny unlike my 400ex you need a mortgage to own one of these things i never realized how expensive they are to own

yep they are really cheap... this bike is gonna cost some to maintain thou... replacing pistons, rings, and valves quite often!

Yeah I forgot you got a fourstroke. Those are a like workin on a quad pretty much.... Man, working on the 2 stroke 250s is a freakin breeze.

twist throttles piss me off. i dont get along with dirt bikes, they seem to go crazy and do whatever the hell they want when i ride them. i feel like i have zero control. guess i just gotta practice with it or somethin

well i got about an hour of seat time today... it was cold and muddy but man is it a nice bike!!! i don't care what anyone says the yzf and rmz don't have anything on this bike...


the power is unreal... its handling and cornering are insane... and it just runs so smooth!
