Broke Tail light

On my 2005 400ex the lense on my tail light broke. i dont won't to pay $75.00 for a whole new tail light. anyone hjave any tips.

go to the for sale section and see if anyone is selling a used one and make a thread in the wanted section

mabey try an autozone or a walmart! put an automotive style one on mabey:confused:

you can usually find new and used ones on EBAY for about $20.00 or so.

The 05's have the LED break light, don't they?

Not sure, but I don't think you can just replace the lens...

How bad is it broke?

Put an LED rectangle one on from an automotive store.. then back a bracket with a piece of metal and a couple holes and rivets/screws. The stock tail light is nothin to scream about.
Besides, they cost like, 5-8 dollars!

I made up my own bracket out of a piece of metal and mounted a led light from walmart on it. much brighter than stock and looked pretty kewl.
