how can i get my parents to let me race i dont think i can wait till im 18 or till im out of their house

im in the same situation, they wont let me untill im 18. if i had something other than the 250 i would probably be competitive too.

tell them that the sport needs more girls..... I know a third grade girl that races and she got 1 in the Penna state harescramble series. :eek:

I'm sure your life isnt horrible just because your parents will not let you race. It took me a few years to convince my parents to let me get a fourwheeler, and they are just now saying that I might be able to do a few races this summer. Talk to quadjunkies, she might be able to show you some videos of girls racing. Maybe you can show that to your parents. I have met a few girls at the track on dirtbikes that are way faster than I am.
