I have back problems, one time it just started hurting when i was running. my mom made me go to the chiropracter and in the x-rays it showed my back was all unalined.

i feel your pain literally...

i get MRI's every two months.. ive been at physical theropy everyday for the last 4 months.. i have 2 ruptured dics, 2 bulging discs and a dislodged vertbre.. my surgery comes next yuear after football... total for surgery w/o cost of rehab and medication is 96,344.00 :( so if youve got some nagging pain rest... dont ever get yourself in this position....

does the pain ever go down your leg.. like shoot down to your foot? or does it go up into one of your shoulders?

yea. i picked up a heavy window are conditioner about 5 years ago, my back just locked up. i was hunched over and couldnt stand up for an hour, hurt bad. i was standing crooked also, went to chiropractor and 15min later i was standing straight and felt a lot better. 3 days of being sore, was fine after that. ever since it hasnt been the same, sore first thing in the am for couple hours.
