I just talked to a member on here who payed for some shocks and sparks exhaust 10 days ago. What is messed up is that me and him were trading a full set of hoosiers and wheels for that same exhaust that this other guy already paid for just this past monday. He wouldnt provide me with he correct phone number after the first one i called was a fake. Here is his info that he gave me.

Great, I just found this thread. Looks Like he probably got me too... $300 in stereo equipment. He said he mailed the stuff to me last saturday and gave a usps number. Guess I need to call usps to see if it is actually valid... If not, how do we start mail fraud claims??

Guys, I've called all the numbers give to me and I stopped by the address's given. Noone seems to know this jackass, or has even heard of him. I'm going to keep trying though.

Hey guys I did a little research on this guy... I ran the phone number and it did not come up with "Jeff Seiss" it came up with Ross Trunzo (you can do a search on verizon.com) his address is 2719 C. St. Mckeesport, 15133.

Here is something for you guy to think about if his plans were to join exriders.com just to rip people off he would not give out his correct information thats why I think he just made up a name. I dont know if I am on the right path or not. Just my 2 cents.

I think we should get the administration (sp?) in on this and see what he or she can come up with. They might be able to track down the the computer address through a Internet service provider.

yes, the site administer can find out the general location of someone by an ip. I actually asked them to do this for me and they did it without much question. I am sure with all the multiple scamming that they will help anyone out.

So I checked with the post office this morning, and of course the tracking number he gave me was crap. Looks like the last time he signed in on this site was on the eleventh...I wonder how many different forums he has done this on....

either way, his name is jeff seiss, or something else, the phone number he gave matches the address. So it is not just a random address he chose.. and If I remember correctly, didnt someone else say they got a signature confirmation... my usps package was just dropped on the porch. kinda strange, cause they wont leave anything at my office without a signature.

oh well, maybe a moderater with a little more info on this person can be of some help to us.

Id like to take this as far as I can...If we let them just get away with this he will do it to others.

If he is cashing checks or money orders, he has to use a name he can cash them from. I only use postal money orders and they are can be tracked.

THe post office can also kick in your door, without a warrant.

Also if you mail through fedex and maybe ups, they have to get a signature of any business but not of a home address.

You can all file fraud claims and your local police station and claim that you made the purchase in your local area via the internet. However they are quick to do nothing. The link the dude sent you would work better. Or just start burning down houses at random of every address he gave you guys. Or beat the crap out of everyone that enters and leaves all those houses. Sooner or later you will get revenge or at least think you have lol. Hope i never get burned cause i get bored and pissed a bit to fast lol.

So I got some info from another member. It appears that the boy living at the address where I shipped my parts name is ryan.. I spoke with his mother and she denys that is is her son/nephew?? that is commiting fraud.. She claims that it is his friend jarrod and gave me his cell #. I called him and he was immediately defensive about the situation, I asked if he was jeff seiss and if he had done any trading on this site.. He told me I had the wrong number and that he was really sorry... His voice sounded shaky and sounded guilty.. Oh well, here is jarreds cell number #412-377-2193. Everyone who has been taken by this little jerk, if he won't admit what he is done and try to make it right, lets send him to jail and make his parents pay. I feel sorry for the parents (if they were not involved) but all in all you are responsible for you childrens actions... and what parent would not notice that their kid starts recieving thousands of dollars worth of parts in a week, and lots and lots of cash on top of that... oh well, I will post this on all of the forums. how about a list of what he has got everyone for..
