before i put a 250r rear end on my blaster i replaced the stock hubs with banshee hubs so i could run nine inch wheels on the rear.:blah

Yes! It works great. i used it on my blaster when i had it, it widened it about 3 inches. also, flip your front wheels.

my fronts are already fliped, and is that 3 inches on each side?

Yea somewhere around there, about 2-3 inches on both sides.
