Suzuki and Kawasaki HELP

Hey! I really need your guys help. I have a bet here and this guy is trying to tell me that Kawasaki and Suzuki DIDNT split this year when I know i'm 100% right because even the dealer told me. Do you know where I can find a link really really quick? To an article or whatever.

Technically they are still partnered. However, they are not going to share OEM parts and models. They are still going to "focus on indirect resources."

The KFX400 will be produced through the
'07.
