check your plug first, but with a full system you should probably throw a larger main jet in, but call the manufacturer, that is the best thing to do.

really...i have a curtis sparks full system, and i called them while i was jetting it to make sure that it was right....i have a 185 main jet in my 450R....This is redrider410 by the way, not 4traxrider

i called curtis sparks and they helped me great, if you are dealing with LRD i would have just called the company direct....just tell them what u have, what you bought for it and what they recommend.

On our '06 er, we have a Yosh full system, 4"x4" opening in the top of the intake box. We went with a JD Jet kit.

We settled with the 190 main, stock pilot, stock air screw. We also used the JD multi-taper needle in the 3rd (I think) clip from the top. Of course we jetted for the elevation and temperature. That is subject to change before The Orange Crush.

The JD kit comes with two needles and about 5 mains. Very good instructions.

The bike runs clean with no hesitations. Clean off the bottom all the way through. Starts easy too.
