cr250r dirt bike starting

about 1 month ago me and my brother got 2003 cr250r dirtbikes and his starts very easy and mine is extremely hard to start, these bikes are brand new left overs they had at the local honda shop and i just cant figure out why his starts so easy and mine so hard, i took it back to the dealer and he said there was nothing wrong but i have already ruind a new pair of riding boots trying to start this thing...i dont know what the deal is but any suggestions would be great thanks.

Try a fresh tank of gas,then clean your carb.make sure your jets are clean,no dirt or anything in them..Check your plug make sure your getting spark.If all else fails take it back to honda and tell them to SHOVE IT!

Can "you" start his easy? If not it may be you. Are they jetted the same?

try leaning the bike over until fuel runs out the carb overflow on the first start of the day,i almost guarantee this will help.also trygoing in a half turn on your air screw,this will richen it up a lil'bit for easier starting.:)
