Hey guys my friend has a 2002 Honda 400ex, it has the dynojet kit in it. He wants to go back to using Honda main jets, he cant use them now because of the dynojet main jet adaptor. What would he have to buy from the dealership to use Honda jets( new needles,needle jet, etc.?) Thanks.

If you take the Dynojet main & adapter out a keihin ( Honda) main will go right in. Supposedly you have to go back to a stock needle but I'm nto so sure you really have to.

Ditto the above.Just take it out.I dont know about the needle though.If you dont mind me asking why does he want to go back?

Thanks for the reply, I was going to tell him to try that but it looked like the main jet would be sitting to high in the carb. Thanks Again.

He doesnt have any dynojet main jets, he bought the bike and the guy didnt give him any jets. Thanks for the reply.

What size DJ main does he need? I may be able to help out.

Im not sure what main he has in now, his bike is backfiring when he lets off the gas so i was thinking he was a little lean. I call him tommorrow and find out. Thanks for the reply.
