I have a 6'6" x 12' trailer, treated wood floor, fold down mesh gate, 13" side rail, 5200 lb axle, 16" tires and wheels, fully lighted, jack on front tounge.

Only set back is I am in northeast Ohio.

trailer is brand new, only towed home, no where else, still sitting in the shop.

check out Northern Tool. You can get a 5 x 8 for 500 bucks. There should be one in your area.
