No its just that sometimes those cause the powerband to snap. Then that causes your brakelight fluid to overheat.

Its a Scorpion system, they've nont been long doing the atv's, but have been with road bikes for years , sounds sweet!

we've got a couple of boys in the US at the moment trainig with team Alba , Kory Ellils etc..

Here's a link to our site in The UK , this is the best one anyway, infact its the only one, :D :D (beggars can't be choosers)

Excuse my ignorance.....but mines 400 4 stroke, I don't have a 2smoke

am I wrong or does the same thing happen to 4 strokes...cos i don't have powerband ?? ....do I??

Is that common with 2 strokes as my mate has just bought a 1998 Honda 250R, thats a wicked bike..great fun,

here's a picture

The brakelight fluid tends to come out of the lights and then seap into the wires causing electrical combustion which therefore relates to the quad burning.

693 posts:eek2: no wonder u've forgotten, that was a while ago i guess.

anyway, whats your view on big bore kits , fancied getting a bit more out of it, but a lot of people say that it puts the engine under to much strees and ends up getting future problems.?

i've done the usual filter upgrades exhausts rev boxes etc..

Hows the riding over there? Do they hassle you like here in the states .

Just out riding not racing I'm talking about.

grillbutt
02-13-2006, 04:25 AM
Yeah we get hassle ridin, probably worse here, got the 'green brigade ' stoppin everyone's fun , only places to go are tracks really !, especially as I live near London, have to travel over an hour just for a blast but we get out atleast every otherweek , and weekly in Summer.

They are starting to session the quads at a lot of MX tracks now, this is only recent though as atv's have just started to get recognised over here by the track owners , they now realise there is a genuine demand and enough bikes to warrant a session.

bit of a bummer but things are getting better, really kickin off over here now , better late than never !

Do all the British have that nice of bikes :D That is awsome man. We like seeing anyone from any culture riding. Atv riders are all on a pretty common mission that being to get recognized like dirtbikes are, not recognized as as a bunch of hillbilly rednecks running around on radio fliers with wheels. I think the american pop. will change there adittude towards atvs once they see the British riding'em I doubt you have ever seen a real true red neck. The type of person who takes the exhaust system completely off to make the quad go faster and tapes there seat to the frame. I see'em doing things like that everyday.

Hi blasterandy, the scene in uk is growing but, at the moment coz its relativley small community , the parts and bits are still very expensive, most people are buying from the states at the mo coz the exchange rate is good for us but its a costly sport over here, especially the racing,

nah don't get many hillbillies over here:D but drsnugfits about as close to a banjo player you can get :blah:

and tends use a lot of mastic (sealant) to hold his bike together, i've seen a few of the hillbilly quad dvd's and they are a little crazy though

:macho , tryint o shoot eact other with firework rockets and stuff
