Worry about what kind of power you'll be looking at after you do a piston and headwork. For now remember, it's not the quad that makes the rider, it the rider that controls the quad.

P.S.> Have you gotten the rev box yet?

You will be getting 38-40hp range with those mods and if your jetting is dialed in! I don't know where they get these #'s:rolleyes: 32-33hp is stock 04'/05' power

mail box cleaned out????

Tested the bike with the rev box, I noticed on the track it gives just enough revs that I dont ping the limit which is nice, my quad always pulled real hard from the bottom to about a little past mid range and fell off, now with the rev box it gave the top end a little more kick and just helps me pull the top end of my gears and gives me more play so I dont screw up on hole shot. Not a hudge amount of change but a nice change to make racing a little easier with sharp turns and tight corners. It gave my mid range a little bit a hit instead of a smooth rise to the top of the revs.

then its a big jump from 05 to 06 b/c the tag on the frame of the 06 says 42.5 max HP... stock. of course I could have read the wrong number

You put some big #'s up with your dyno because no stock bike could touch me and I only put up 39.14 horse. My mods where at the time white bros full exhaust, ESR air box eliminator kit with K&N, dyno jet kit, wiseco 11.5:1 piston and curtis sparks drop in cam.

Nice, I'm glad to hear you liked it, that rev box isn't on of the main competetors it seems, so I'm glad it didn't turn out a waste for u.
