I just recently put a lsr +4 400ex axle in my 450r. the rear brake hub rubs on the outer brake a little bit more but all you have to do is grind it down 1/16 of an inch and it doesnt even bother you.
the chain is offset about a washer width so all you have to do if it really really bothers you is put a washer in before the front sprocket. but i have run mine the way it is and the chain wear is the same and i have not had a single problem with that rear axle and my rear bearings are worn and the axle is still pretty tight so with new bearings it will be perfect.
