I would stay with the 400ex shock you can have it serviced pretty inexpensive as long as you haven't ridden it with out fluid for too long.

IMO, good and cheap don't go good together when you are talking about suspension....."better" should be the terminology used.

If price is an issue, get a revalve of the stock 400EX.

From experiences I've heard, the rear R shock on an ex is no upgrade. If you want a great rear shocks send it to GT Thunder and have him rebuild and put a link on it. I've heard it's comparable to aftermarket.

yeah, go with the GT Thunder. As soon as I have the money, I am probably going to do this mod. I hear it does wonders for the "bucking". I think it is only around $250 for the whole thing.

I just woke up. I gotta let the dog finish doing her duty outside, and then I gotta get dressed and leave the house without my wife waking up. But, it's part of the morning plans. Along with some McDonalds breakfast...........I love McDonalds breakfast!!!

If your Wal-Mart is anything like the one I use, drop them off, then go to McScooze and have some breakfast, coffee, and read the paper, they should be done by then.
