Which would you rather have? A race ready 250R (already owned) in near perfect shape or a yfz that is race ready except for the stock wheels, tires, a-arms, and shocks. And oh yeah it has a LRD engine fullbore plastic, quadtech hood, and the best parts money can buy, in perfect shape.

id go for the yfz, imo there better but at the least there equal performance wise, and a yfz is a much better financial investment, as far as resale and cost of maintence

well if you have heart problems, back problems, think you might be pregnant or if your just a puss you might be better off on a lt or an r, otherwise YFZ all the way

Woah, woah, woah, I believe that that statement is usually finished with, "you might just want to ride a 4 stroke" Honestly, I would take a full built YFZ over a full built 250r. But if the YFZ had stock suspension, and just motor work, then I would say no. It's all a big money issue. If I had $10000 to spend on a quad, then I would have bought a full MX 450r. But I didnt, so I bought a full MX 250r for $3200. For the money you spend, if you're young, you'r best off with the 250r over any other quad.

I would persoanlly choose a YFZ. Nothing personal, I just hate all 2-strokes I guess. The YFZ is an awesome quad. If I would ever get something else, it would be a tough desicion between the 450s, and considering the YFZ is proven and I have the 450r, I would go YFZ. I don't think that you would be disappointed.

i would go with the yfz i mean i dont have anything against honda i own one but a race ready yfz is a heck of a machine the 06 is pushin like 33hp i think or somethin like that.
