I CANNOT get my chain side hub off of my axle for nothing ive tried evrything except cutting the axle nut any ideas on what to do ive put a air gun at 120-130 psi to it and still no luck help me please

1- remove the rear wheel
2- remove the cotter pin
3- have someone holding the rear brake lever
4- Go after it with a big breaker bar

when he says BIG breaker bar .. thats what you need , mine took a 1'' bar that was 5 feet long , i happened to live near a gearbox rebuiders and it was there's . a proper snap on windy gun would not touch it with heat , wd 40 nothing .. needed brute force and a real big lever
and it was off bike by the way , in the biggest vice i've ever seen too ..

ok i will try that mine is off the quad to so ill need abigger vice than mine thanks

Your might need to heat it up and use the breaker bar...

this was an intersting night i tried to use a breaking bar iwith this thing tight as h**l in my vice when i went to pull up it tore the vice out of my workbench LOL remounted it and it did it again neighbor has a better vice i will try tommorow
