Alright last week I finally got a good job at the local shooting range/club. I scored the trap, skeet, and sport clay's and filled all the machines. Well today after I got in from doing a trap in 20 degree wheather he tells me i'm to young to work there at 14. Apparently, they made a new club rule where they can't hire anyone under the age of 16 now. They hired me after the rule was in affect. So, now the 14 and 15 years old that were there before the rule was in affect get to stay there. This is bullcrap!

the little i know about hair coloring, is that you have to leave it on their long enough to take full effect, which i think you washed it out way too soon. my sister was trying to put some blonde in her hair (brown) and she left it in way too long and her hair turned bright bright blonde.......needless to say she freaked out and has never tried it again.

You need to shave the rest of your hair off around the mowhawk, I'm not talkn' about electric trimmer close, you need to bust out the Mach 3 or 5 blade thing they have now and go down to the skin.

Speaking of razors man I cant wait util I get a razor with 10 blades on it. I mean heck there such a great buy now, $15 for 8 cartridges:mad:

I tried to dye my hair blond from dark brown, it turned out really yellow, so i left it for a while then tried to die it red and it went orange. My hairdresser said i was really lucky the chemicals didn't react, or it would have been puke green. Then I tried violet and it came out vibrant purple, i really liked that one.

Now i am oh natural, greys and all. gotta do somethin so though. people are starting to make fun of it:blah:

You shoudn't have been fired!!!! Do u ever listen in your social studies class!?! If you were hired for a job and a law or a rule was passed after you got the job you are not gonna get fired you will be "grandfathered". Now If someone else has tried to do this after the law was passed they can't get the job! Ask someone that is a teacher or something because that is not right. I have stated this once before! Print out a paper or something and shove it in his face and let him read it then u should get ur job back!

I hope this helps resolve the issue.

Well I was hired as a mistake. I was hired after the rule went into affect.

Shouldnt you still have your job though then? even if it was a mistake they obvisously didnt know about it till they told you that you were fired. So in a way you were hired before it was in affect..

either that or you really sucked at your job and they used that as an excuse to fire you :)

I dont know what the laws are where you live but in california you arent even allow to get a job legally until your 15. As far as working around guns at a shooting range i doubt they would want youngins workin there becuase of insurance reasons.
