I have the rims and like them. They held up great all summer.

If those rims weren't so DANG EXPENSIVE, I might consider them....what about those Douglas C-series sport polished wheels....are those any good?

douglas doesnt make a c-series..its ITP that makes those. I have the c-series on my sandstars. They have held up great so far. The are not meant to be used for anything except dunes because they arent that strong. I have burgard rear beadlocks for racing and xc riding.

but the baja rims i hear are very well made and are a very strong wheel.

the rims are ok but being self cleaning as they are advertised is any but true. they will pack with mud fatser than you can blink. i guess they mean self cleaning when going through water and water only. but the tires and the rims will make a pretty good package overall
