400ex Building motor need help

I'm building my 400ex to a 426 je 11.1 with poweroll air box lid...ct racing slip on pipe and hrc cam..what kinda of jetting am i looking at? im in ohio with about 800ft elivation.....do i need to change the pilot jet also?
the ct pipe comes with jets and i needle

i'll prob be running cam2 leaded 50/50 with reg gas

where at in OH? i live in northern KY, running a 426, 11:1, hotcams stage 2(old one),HMF slip on, No airbox lid, K&N, choke removed on carb, running 93 pump fuel. i run a 42 pilot with a 178 main. the pilot is actually a little lean for the current weather. in teh summer is a perfect, main is slightly rich but would rather have that than lean.
