do it urself, none....if u have someone else do its prlly like 250 bucks at least

you are gonna have $30 in gaskets, $50 in porting/honing the sleeve, and about 12 hours work if you do it yourself.

I would recommend a cam and some head porting to really get the benefit. The larger bore and high compression might get you 7-10% gain in hp max.
