Someone flipped the wheels and drilled new valve stem hole on a bike I bought. I tried to reverse the valve stems, but they hit on the front brakes. Anyone got a better fix?

Hmm, not good. I'd pick up a set of Douglas .190 Red Labels or something from Rocky Mountain. Won't be to expensive.. I wouldn't try to fix it or anything.. Hope I helped!

^^ Worst help I've ever heard... Sorry. Okay, whats the real problem here? You want to put the rims back to the orginal way? How did the previous person block the old hole? You can definately take that stem out and and switch it around with the other one. You might have to debead the tire to do it though, you don't need to buy new rims.

Dont need to, all you need is this FLUSH-MOUNT VALVE STEM KIT (http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/showCustom-0/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2003918/c-10101/Nty-1/p-2003918/Ntx-mode+matchallpartial/N-10101/tf-Browse/s-10101/Ntk-AllTextSearchGroup?Ntt=flush%20valve%20stems) my budy did it to his RAPY 350 and made the front wider

If you have to valve stem whole. Install the one u don't need backwards so it points in side the tire, and use the on that's supposed to be on the outside of the rim for air purposes

exactly my point if you dont want to weld or "filled the hole" just get one of this flush valves and put it on the inside of the rim

I did reverse the stems but, it was hitting the caliper and ripping the stem out. I broke them down and had a buddy tig weld the holes closed. Thanks all.
