will a set of stock 04 400ex rear rims and tires fir on a 01 rancher?

They both have a 4/110 bolt pattern on the rear, so in theory they should bolt up. Not sure about the offset though, might have to check and make sure they won't rub the exhaust if they are a deeper offset.
