These are Lone Star Racing +2 +1 race style a-arms for the 400ex. I don't know if they are bent or not. The right upper arm looks a little bent to me. Check them out and see what you think.

Here is the one that I think is bent (right side a-arm)

By the pic I'd say bent for sure, you could easily have it straightened, but might want to see about getting it reinforced.

The left a-arms mounts up perfect, but the right one is about a 1/2" off. I tried to get it replaced through lone star and they will do it. But I need a receipt or proof of purchase. These were a gift and I do not have either.

How could I get them straightened and how should they be reinforced??

With a press or vice, a machine shop could do it. As for strength maybe another tube welded inside that one, or on the outside.

I'd suggest trying to find/get that receipt from whomever got you the a-arms, or tell Lonestar that they were a gift and you are unable to get the reciept.

I told Lone Star that they were a gift and I could not get a reciept they still said that I needed some type of proof of purchase. Thanks for the tips.
