Need help on a school project, the closing of OHV parks due to endangered spiecies

For my participation in Government class, I need to research a topic, and the pros and cons of each side, and lead a debate in my class. I chose the closing of OHV parks due to endangered spiecies. I remember seeing people post from time to time some stuff about parks closing, or parts of them closing to save plants, etc. I was just wondering if anyone had any links saved that they could post to use in my project.

At the same time, look up www.duneguide.com and scroll towards the bottom and see links of Dunes that we have already lost:

Some of them aren't lost completely, like Oceano, but they give background on restrictions, closed sections, when and how much, and which species were listed as endangered.

research pismo dunes, in the 80's the dunes here were like 10 times bigger they closed down a lot of the dunes for some small little bird.
