Getting a 440, what kind??

I'm going to be getting a 440 kit soon. I would like to know where do you think I should get it from. Sparks? CT? GT Thunder? Which will provide the best power increase?

how much horsepower is the sparks 440 supposed to put out? what about rear wheel horsepower?

I don`t know. I emailed them and asked a while back, but they didn`t really say. I know the CT is at 39. I wonder what the Sparks 465 kit puts out?

Well they make my 400EX faster and there products are just above most others. So you could say I just want to share the speed enhancing and reliability of Curtis Sparks race proven products. Thats all..!!:D

I emailed sparks and they said that their 440kit puts the horsepower of your 400 over 50. That's hard to believe

I just ordered mine from Four-stroke Tech. I am going with his because of all the articles on built quads in Dirtwheels that were done by him. For several years now I have been reading of FST projects in magazines. Havent read too many by other builders like Sparks and CT and such.

And, like Mickey Dunlap told me on the phone "I don't quote Hp numbers for my kits, that would put me in the same over-exaggerating group that hype up their products on the net". I like honesty when I do research!!!!

my engine is at curtis sparks right now getting the 40 kit. they told me that it should be putting about 50 ponys out now.

my engine has been there about 3 weeks......does anyone know or estimate when u think it will be done??/

I wouldn't get too anxious. With sparks it can take as long as 3 months! But they do put out one helluva product@
