2 450R Carbs

I am going to put a 450R carb on my 03 EX but I notice on the online microfiche for the 450R they list two different part #'s 1)16100-HP1-672 and 2)16100-HP1-673 Does anyone know the difference?

i bet one is a california spec polutes less, probably less power. the dealer should be able to tell you which is which
