what damage could running lean do to a 250ex. i know i must be b.c i got twin air, white bros e-s, and never rejetted

A blown motor...the damage from lean jetting can get VERY expensive...do yourself a huge favor and rejet now. ;)

i dont know how to!!! i dont know where to start what to look for what size, what jets do...nothign! all i know is the air and gas intake has to be equal

The air and gas intake doesnt have to be equal. Were abouts in NJ do you live? Maybe I could help you out.
Running a motor lean can cause a over heated motor, blown motor which could be caused by a toasted piston.....cracked valve....etc
