how do you check the vin # to see if the quad was stolen? is there a web site you can get the info and how do you get a bill of sale?

Write down the vin and stop by your local cop shop. They can run it for you and tell you if it is stolen or not. My brother has done this several times with no probs. Don't show up with the actual vehicle though(Duh!)

i got a friend that bought a blaster from a crackhead. then got worried that it was stolen so he called the sherriffs dept. and told them the vin # and it came back stolen. within 20min. they were at his house and picked it up.
