Not sure on actual HP increase but I had it on my 310 and it was perfect.

I have a Sparks TT and an older FMF midrange with some type of silencer. None are perfect, but they work. I don't have an R anymore so $110 to your door for all.

got a full gibson front end +3"+1 with customa xis triple rate fully adjustable 19" long travel shocks one of the best setups money can buy also comes with braided steel brake lines

also have complete 250r engine, douglas billet beadlocks houser steering stem pro aper bars full bore plastic

and o ya THE BIGGEST BEST IMPROVMENT MOST PEOPLE DONT TRY
this is the ebst thing i bought for my R its a custom amde aluminum "CROS FLOW" radiator, before i couldnt touch the cylnder after riding now i can ride all day with my hand on the cylnder and not get burnt, to get power and keep power on a 2 stroke you gotta keep it cooled and this radiator is simply the best thing i have bought to increase and preserve hp all day long and most importantly add reliability to my 250r
but i wont sell this cheap

also have a fmf fatty pipe no silencer. and another pipe have no idea what it is.
