A arm bolts? and Shock bolts

When i buy new walsh a arms, will they come with new bolts? Also, when i order my pep shocks, will they come with new bolts?? the reason im asking this, is because my old bolts were all fcuked upp.. If they dont, where can i get them, and how much? thanks
