Tonight I wasnt in the mood to make scrambled eggs on the oven I have to eat eggs and such for protien (body builder) and I got an idea. I got a bowl and buttered it, cracked an egg and stirred it up and put it in the micowave for like 1 min 40 seconds and it actually worked.

Kinda cool, never knew that would work :p

yup, thats how i make egg sandwhiches.. u dont even need butter, just mix a little water into it.. makes them fluffy

You should try makin scrambled eggs on your STOVE....its even better :blah:

Mad props for that one bro...I never knew that...heres my egg that i made in 55 seconds FLAT! I need to figure out how to keep the yolk runny...hmmm

my mom said I should try it in water, like a poached egg..

why dont u just take supplements......eating a chit of of eggs just isnt practical, its hard and expensive to get 100+ grams of protein a day from eggs, averaging about 6grams an egg, and you need 1gram for each pound that you weigh, if you really want to build.

bah supplements are good if you have the money to buy em.. I eat every 3 hours (meals) eggs in the morning, tuna, chicken, steak etc. Havent gotten around to protien shakes, I lift once in the day time, then right before bed. It's working great my back is getting huge.

Another thing that tastes great, get that shredded taco cheese aka naco cheese and mix it in there, tastes AWESOME!

And yeah the egg grows lmfao, I thought mine was going to blow up :eek2:
