Rear brake caliper

On my 400ex when i push the rear caliper forward with my hand it moves is that normal??

Its the bushing on the brakestay thats finished and its a comon prob on all 400EX

i just puirchased a 2000 400ex and the rear brakes dont work

i messed with the caliper and it moves up and down what can i do?
