Hey all I just checked my plug and right above the threads its a dry black and the top electrode thing is a silverish grey. Its all stock and has no engine mods or anything and was wondering if this is to lean? This is how it came from honda. Should i make it richer? If so, how?

If its stock, leave it. If its not broken dont fix it.

BTW, go by the white porcelin, under the electrode. Should be brown.

hey, i got a stock bike, and without airbox lid, i run it bone stock at glamis and octillo wells, at sea level, in hot conditions, never runs to lean, i check temps. does realy well, no backfires, your bike shouldnt be running leaner than mine.
